A. SODA & OTHER SUGAR SWEETENED BEVERAGES GUIDELINES (WHO&HHS)
B. JUST ONE SODA-LETTER SIZE (8.5X11 Inch) are used (often in notebooks, binders and folders as well as cell phone and computer screen) for teaching individuals and families. They can also be downloaded and shown as large screen projections for larger groups.

C. JUST ONE SODA-TABLOID SIZE (11X17 Inch) POSTERS These 3 double-sided (6 illustrations) tabloid-size posters are used to teach larger groups. The questions enable youths and inexperienced educators to teach their peers WHO and HHS nutrition guidelines in a participatory manner.

D. THE PROPS for assisting the educator in demonstrating the above guidelines are shown in the photos below and include: a. 12 ounce (355cc) can of regular soda. b. Four pound (1.8kg) bag of sugar for US (Spanish version uses a 1 kg bag). c. 7 kg (15 pounds) of lard. d. Backpack filled with 7 kg (15 pounds) content. e. 8.5×11 Letter Size Poster attached to Backpack. f. Three double-sided Tabloid Size-11×17 inch POSTERS
NOTE: When all the props are available and the educator is familiar with the lesson and the participatory approach, the posters are not needed. See examples from a Church-Based Health Fair in Mexico: “1b.How Many Teaspoons?” and “3b.How Does it Feel?”
